In 5 easy steps!!

 

N00b friendly, Translatible, beginner level. Possibly one of the easiest tutorials EVER!!!!

1. Crop your base. Screen it if nessisary, but don’t sharpen it! If nessisary, blur it with Gaussian Blur- 1.0 pixels.
2. New layer, fill with #F49AC1, Soft light 100%
3. New layer, fill with #6DCFF6, Soft light 100%
4. New layer, fill with #0D004C, Exclusion 65%
5. New layer, paste by [unknown, if known tell me], Screen 70%
6. Add text if you want, and done! J

 

If the texture is to distracting on the face, put a layer mask on that layer, then use the gradient tool until it looks good.

 

This is tutorial meant for colored images, but also works on b&w images.
